Are you passionate about becoming a licensed nail technician but unable to attend beauty school? Our paid apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity to learn and earn without the financial burden of tuition. However, please note that this program is designed to build our team, and we only offer it based on the needs of our business.

Key Details:

    Earn While You Learn: Gain all the necessary training hours and skills required for licensing right here at Heather's Nail Boutique, without the need to attend beauty school.

    Exclusive Opportunity: Our apprenticeship program is not open enrollment. We only select candidates who go through our interview process and meet the current needs of the business.

    Team-Oriented: This program is intended to train individuals who are committed to joining our salon team long-term. It is not a training program for those seeking to work elsewhere.

    Full-Time Commitment: Apprentices must be available for full-time training and employment. Upon completing your training and obtaining your license, you will become a full-time member of our team.

    Training Reimbursement Agreement:  All apprentices are required to sign a 3-year training reimbursement agreement. This ensures that the significant investment we make in your education and development is honored. Please note, candidates who choose not to sign will not be considered for hire. 

    Business-Driven: New apprentices are only brought on when we have enough client demand to support additional employees. We aim to ensure that you’ll have a full schedule and the ability to grow professionally within our salon.

Application Process:

     Interview Process: This is not an automatic enrollment. To become an apprentice, you must go through a formal interview process and be hired by Heather's Nail Boutique.

    Selective Enrollment: We only accept apprentices when there is a clear need for new team members. Applying does not guarantee entry into the program.
