We do take walk-ins if we have availability but that is usually not the case during the very busy summer season. Please make an appointment to ensure you will get the time that works best for you.
Please show up to your appointment a few minutes before your scheduled start time. This will give you time to choose your color and/or design. Services must START on time. Picking out a color for 15 minutes is not part of your service time. Your service will be shortened or rescheduled if you are late. New clients booking full sets will be required to pay for the entire appoinment upfront to secure an appointment.
If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, we do require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee. If you NO SHOW for a scheduled appointment, then you will be charged the FULL price of the missed service(s). Payment must be received before anymore appointments will be booked and all other appointments will be cancelled.
