We are a gel focused salon. What does that mean? It means that our primary focus is on gel nail services. We feel like this is the best product and technology to deliver the kind of nails that we love to produce. There are different types of gel for different types of nails. Let us choose the right one for you. Gel gives our nails the kind of strength and durability that we are looking for when we choose products to use on our clients. If you think you can't wear gel, it's because you haven't worn ours. Our clients go 3-4 weeks between appointments without chipping, cracking, or breaking. Seeing is believing. We do NOT do Natural Nails with nail polish, Acrylic, or Dip nails.

If you’ve ever been a client at Heather's Nail Boutique, you’ve probably noticed a different vibe as soon as you walk in. You'll find more of us smiling here than you will at other place. Unlike many salons, you'll notice team members helping each other in order to stay on schedule and deliver a better experience for you. In fact, it’s not uncommon for you to receive services from one, two or even three people before you leave. It’s all part of our purpose of making your day. Behold! You are about to learn our secret to happiness!
Are you ready? Here it is: We don’t pay commission. Not on service sales and not on product sales. You know how you dread going to some places because as soon as you walk in the door, you have a salesperson drop off the ceiling or leap from behind a large potted plant? We know the feeling too, and we don’t like it. So we designed our system to be different and more enjoyable. How? You ask? We compensate all of our staff by salary, a very nice salary and benefits. This means no matter what’s going on, whether they are booked or not, they are getting paid.
By compensating our staff on what’s known as a “Team Based” system, it allows us to function more efficiently and to allow more flexibility for our clients. Can't get in with your favorite technician or maybe just want to try someone else? Go for it! We don’t mind. We actually encourage it! The entire focus of our team is to ensure every guest’s day is being made. This even comes down to products. When our staff is recommending a product, it’s because they truly believe it’s the best product for you, not because they’re trying to make commission on the sale. The same goes for services too! So next time you feel like switching it up a little, just let us know. After all, variety is the spice of life! TEAMWORK

We do not take walk-ins. Please make an appointment to ensure you will get the time that works best for you.
Please show up to your appointment a few minutes before your scheduled start time. This will give you time to give your hands a good scrubbing and choose your color and/or design. Services must START on time. Picking out a color for 15 minutes is not part of your service time. Your service will be shortened or rescheduled if you are late. New clients booking full sets will be required to pay for the entire appointment upfront to secure an appointment.
If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, we do require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 6 hours notice will be charged for the entire service. If you NO SHOW for a scheduled appointment, then you will be charged the FULL price of the missed service(s). Payment must be received before anymore appointments will be booked and all other appointments will be cancelled.
