Dalayna Pierce-Advanced Nail Technician
Dalayna has been doing nails since 2017 and was the very first graduate of Heather’s apprenticeship program. Known for her detailed cuticle work, she loves helping clients transform their nails, especially those experiencing gel nails for the first time. For Dalayna, being a nail tech means combining her creativity with the joy of creating strong, beautiful, structured nails. She is always learning, growing, and inspired by working alongside such a talented and supportive team.
Outside the salon, Dalayna lives in Priest River with her husband and their three daughters, along with a lively household of pets that includes two dogs, two cats, four sugar gliders, and several fish tanks. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, reading, gardening, and hiking.
Callie Lemley-Advanced Nail Technician
Callie joined Heather’s apprenticeship program in November 2019, and because of the 2020 shutdowns, she had to wait to be licensed until July 2020. She is known to her clients as a great listener and meticulous when it comes to her work, striving for beautiful strong nails that her clients are elated with. She tends to be the least talkative of the group, providing a calm experience where her clients can unwind from their hectic lives, however, she is always up for a friendly chat as well.
Both she and her husband grew up in Sandpoint but left for about six years before returning again ten years ago. She spent most of her time being a stay-at-home mom to their two girls until the girls were both school-aged. When not doing nails or running the girls around she is usually found either reading or trying to get her stories written out. The three cats and dog are always nearby, if not on top of her.
Sierra Kimball-Advanced Nail Technician
Sierra graduated from Heather’s apprenticeship program in May 2022 and has been continuing to grow her skills ever since. She loves the
creativity and variety of bringing each client’s vision to life, which keeps her work fun and interesting. Sierra is excited to see where her career will take her and is passionate about creating beautiful nails while always learning more.
Born and raised in Sandpoint, Sierra is raising her ten-year-old daughter here as well. Her family also includes a playful dog named Holly, affectionately called “Pig.” Outside the salon, Sierra enjoys spending time with family, camping, road trips, and summers at the lake. She has a love for games, cards, music, and travel, and she brings her happy, goofy spirit and contagious laugh to everything she does.
Hailey Brooks-Advanced Nail Technician
Hailey graduated from Heather's apprenticeship program in December of 2022. One of her favorite things about doing nails is the precision and detail it takes to make them look beautiful. She really enjoys doing French manicures. They are very satisfying for her to create. She tends to be quiet when she is doing nails, and it's because she concentrates on making your nails perfect. She gets more talkative the more she gets to know you. She is a very down-to-earth person who enjoys art. She grew up in Bonners Ferry and now she lives in Sandpoint.
Caitlin Eilmes-Entry Level Technician
Caitlin graduated from Heather’s Apprenticeship program in March 2024. She loves the detail of doing nails and the creativity of trying out fun new color combinations. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, playing with her dog, canning, and doing puzzles. Caitlin has lived in North Idaho her entire life.
Evy Valentine-Advanced Level Technician
EVY Pronounced EE-VEE
Evy graduated from beauty school and received her license in July 2023. She joined Heather's in October 2023 and has completed Heather's training program.
Evy is passionate about the artistic process of creating unique nail designs and enjoys the creative freedom it offers. She also loves providing pedicures, ensuring clients feel great when they leave.
Outside of work, Evy enjoys painting, drawing, writing, crafting, fishing, baking, hiking, swimming, and boating. She was born and raised near Athol, Idaho. She now resides in Sandpoint with her cat.
Natalia Lemley-Entry Level Technician
Natalia Lemley, but she likes to go by Nat.

Heather Lewis-Owner/Nail Technician
Heather is the founder and visionary behind Heather’s Nail Boutique. With more than 27 years in the beauty industry, she has built a salon rooted in education, teamwork, and exceptional service. Since opening her business in Sandpoint in 2007, Heather has been committed to developing a highly skilled team through continuous training and mentorship.
Although she no longer takes clients behind the desk, Heather now focuses on running the salon and leading the apprenticeship program, which helps aspiring nail technicians earn their licenses and join the team. Her passion is ensuring every client enjoys consistently beautiful nails, no matter which technician they see.
At Heather’s Nail Boutique, team service is at the core of what we do. Clients are encouraged to book with any technician who fits their schedule, knowing they will always receive the same high standard of care. Heather’s leadership continues to shape a salon culture built on collaboration, growth, and lasting results.
