Privacy
Customer information collected is only utilized if we need to contact you for further details regarding your appointment, product order, or any necessary follow-up conversations. Heather’s Nail Boutique greatly appreciates your cooperation in providing us with your complete and accurate contact information.
Late
We understand that delays happen, and our team will always do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or, if that’s not possible, rescheduled. Because this time cannot be filled with another guest, the full cost of your scheduled services will still apply. Please note that this charge cannot be credited toward future appointments.
Cancellation
Heather’s Nail Boutique maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost. This charge cannot be used as credit for future services.
No-Show
No-shows will result in 100% of the scheduled service cost being charged. No future appointments will be booked until the balance is paid in full. This charge cannot be used as credit for future services.
Payment Methods
Heather’s Nail Boutique requires a debit or credit on file to secure an appointment. All credit card information is confidential and secure. We accept all major credit cards along with apple pay, cash, or checks.
Gift Certificate Policy
Use of a Heather’s Nail Boutique gift certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms:
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash
All gift certificates are non-refundable
Gift certificates are valid up to the date of expiration which is stated on the certificate
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service
Gift certificates that are issued as promotional or donation items are valid at Heather’s Nail Boutique only for what is described on the certificate
