These are unlicensed students that Heather is taking through beauty school to accumulate enough hours to sit for the state board exam. Heather is a licensed cosmetology instructor and is present for all services. These services will take much longer than a service performed by a license nail tech. Please remember they are learning. Services are deeply discounted.
